- Thinkpads USED to be a safe choice, but Lenovo has been tainting that model line for a few years. Search and find specific models, and don’t just buy because it has the Thinkpad brand.
- Framework is 100% ready to go. They have a Refurb store where everything is cheap, but if you find one cheaper, get it.
- Dell had a ton of Linux ready laptops under the XPS brand not long ago. Search and find out which to make sure, but they shipped with Linux installed.
- I hate to say it, but HP Probooks were solid and shipped with Linux also. Terrible company, but they make decent enterprise products. They’ll sell for cheap on eBay.

The DNC is a political organization that can back whomever on the ballot they want. If they get pushback from enough people, they could run someone else.
They won’t because the uprising and abandonment of that organization would be massively stellar, but it’s not some officiated process.

It’s like Racketeering, but you just have to say “MAGA” and hope people are scared and will give you money.

Sadly, the only competition would have to come from another equally shitty company with a massive infrastructure footprint.

RVA23 is the current standard, and they’re just moving ahead with that because it’s kind of pointless to keep all the other compilation cruft around when nobody is going to use it.

All jokes aside, its personal preference. If you’re working in a dense file tree, you probably need the info that details view gives you. Icon view really only matter for media.

He does have connections for the kind of campaign Mamdani needs to run to get the DNC suckups to get on board though, so I’m skeptical, but hopefully this is a good.
Khan is a smart fucking move.
You want a semi or rolling release distro. Fedora is semi-rolling, would be the most user-friendly I think. Anything Arch-based but more user-friendly, like CachyOS, would be good as well. Tim leweed is rarely recommended unless you need like bleeding edge, which it doesn’t sound like you really want.

Yeah, if only the wind would have been slightly different, but we aren’t so lucky.
These same assclowns wouldn’t be ordaining events about God, but blaming Democrats. Funny how hurting humans is NOT what they’re all about, but suddenly that’s cool with JesusGod or whatever.
